AE-07® is a unique herbal product which protects from side effects of alcohol via prompt elimination of acetaldehyde. This toxic by-product originates on metabolism of alcohol. Through its activity, AE-07® ensures protection of the liver and prevention from development of hangover.

AE-07® elevates levels of the following enzymes: ADH (alcohol dehydrogenase) and ALDH (acetal dehydrogenase), which facilitates a prompt elimination of acetaldehyde from with organism.

The product contains extracts from plants of the traditional Asian medicine effects of which have been verified - apart from empiric experience - also by methods of the modern pharmacology.

The product has been developed by Prof. RNDr. Luděk Jahodář, CSc., Head of the Pharmaceutical Botany and Ecology Department, Faculty of Pharmaceutics, Charles University.

Substances contained in the extracts accelerate degradation of alcohol, protect the liver from intoxication by toxic metabolites and exert a significant anti-oxidative effect.

All those who like to have a drink... or several drinks. Detrimental effects of alcohol appear already on the first drink. AE-07® ensures protection of the liver and prevention from development of hangover.

If taken prior to drinking, AE-07® will inhibit accumulation of toxic products of alcohol, metabolites of acetaldehyde in the body. Thus, protection of the liver will be ensured immediately and hangover - which would occur subsequently - will be inhibited as well.

Regardless of the unpleasant symptoms accompanying the hangover, as headaches, nausea, urge to vomiting, dizziness, fatigue and agitation, accumulation of acetaldehyde may cause affection of the liver, brain and heart, and also disorders of behavior.

After consumption of alcohol, headaches, nausea, urge to vomiting and other unpleasant symptoms might occur on the next morning. Although partially excreted with urine, sweating and breathing, the prevailing part of alcohol is converted to acetaldehyde. Just the accumulation of toxic acetaldehyde, the metabolite of alcohol, causes hangover.

AE-07® is really safe. As presented in clinical studies, it exhibits no harmful side effects.

An ideal dose of AE-07® is 2 capsules (one bag) taken half-an-hour prior to commencement of alcohol consumption. If not done so, take 2 capsules as soon as possible after the first drink. After consumption of more than 4 glasses of alcohol, it is advisable to take another 2 capsules.
